Refund Processing and Timing
Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days from the date Wing Leung Limited approves the refund. The refund is issued to the original payment method. The customer's financial institution controls additional processing time after Wing Leung Limited sends the refund. Wing Leung Limited does not control the internal posting time of banks or payment providers.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the date Wing Leung Limited approves the refund. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must monitor the PayPal account linked to the original payment. Wing Leung Limited is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal account restrictions or regional legal requirements.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact Wing Leung Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. The claim must include the order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographs of the item and packaging. Wing Leung Limited will review the claim and determine the resolution. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt are not eligible for replacement or refund.
